Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Zenit Tool Premium. This is how refunds work.

1. Withdrawal

Because Premium activates immediately after payment, you agree that the digital service starts at that moment. Even so, if you ask within 7 days of your first payment and haven't made significant use of Premium features, we will refund you in full.

2. Renewals

Renewals are non-refundable except for billing errors. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged again.

3. Service issues

If an extended outage attributable to us prevents you from using Premium, contact support and we'll compensate you proportionally.

4. How to request

Contact us at discord.gg/gkK8wBKDU2 (open a ticket in the support server) with your Discord username and the payment date. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
