Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the Zenit Tool Discord bot, its web dashboard and its paid services, provided by Zenit Tool. By using them you accept these terms.

1. The service

Zenit Tool is a Discord bot offering moderation, automation, leveling, logging, tickets, giveaways and custom command tools, configurable from a web dashboard.

We may add, change or remove features to improve the service and will try to give notice of significant changes.

2. Eligibility

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and meet the minimum age Discord requires in your country.

You may only configure servers where you have management permissions or access granted by their administrators.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Zenit Tool to spam, harass, distribute illegal content, bypass security measures, overload our infrastructure or attempt to access data of servers you don't manage.

We may suspend bot or dashboard access for users or servers that break these rules.

4. Premium subscriptions

Premium is billed in advance monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice and never affect an already-paid period.

Each license applies to a limited number of servers and can be moved between them, subject to the stated cooldown.

5. Availability

We work to keep the service always available, but it is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Live status is shown on the Status page.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zenit Tool is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, such as loss of messages or server data. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date of the latest version is shown above. For any questions contact us at discord.gg/gkK8wBKDU2.

These terms are governed by the laws of France.
